Tonight was long and hectic.
- Went shopping for art supplies before work. Saw that some really nice paints were on for 50% off so I bought a bunch. Turns out the sale expired but no one removed the sign, so I still got it for 50%.
- Served a party of 30. It was a hockey party so there were kids everywhere. Barely made 10%
- Served a party of 20 people and made some good money.
- Had a table of 8, who were my last table, but were very needy.
- Things just kept going wrong. People were so picky.
- I was the pre-closer of the restaurant and I felt like I slacked and made the closer do it all. I stayed after they clocked me out to do cutlery roll-ups. My closer was training for supervisor so she had training plus all the cutlery. I stay for an extra hour and did everything for her.
Earnings?: $135 + hourly.
