Dan’s new album “Oh Fortune” hits shelves September 27th. This is the title track. Much anticipated after reading all the interviews of him stating how different this one is compared to the last.
Oh yeah, that is also the day Elliott BROOD’s album drops. My head may explode.oh. my! so excited for this album!

April 14th song of the day: “Kerouac Spelled Wrong” - Dan Mangan
This song is from a CBC Radio 3 podcast of Dan Mangan performing in Ottawa a few years ago. When I first heard this song, the line, “You should read the books that I lent to you, I haven’t read them yet but I’m meaning to. When you give them back you can crease the page and I won’t mind,” got me all weepy. So simple yet beautiful. This definitely is one of my favourite Dan Mangan songs.
