The best part about staying with one of my favourite Tumblr friends (KrisMary) and her hubby is that when I laughed out loud at this, they both knew why. They are also super awesome.

This is what I do instead of writing papers.
every girl should have a song like this written about them
ALSO…: I will never not reblog this perfect perfect song either!
City And Colour - “The Girl”
This song* will always remind me of KrisMary and her hubby. It was their wedding song! Oh, I miss them dearly.
I was so happy to be invited to their wedding, and then I was asked to be in the wedding party!
They are the nicest people I have ever met**. I wish I lived on the west coast with them. Oh, I need to go back to BC.
*This song actually makes me weak in the knees. I love it.
**We met on Tumblr! I followed her, she went to a small college where a bunch of my friends went. She knew someone I did and turns out she actually knew my bestie! The rest is history. I love and adore them.

Q:Have you ever met someone from Tumblr in real life?
Yeah!
I met KrisMary in real life in May. She invited me to her wedding and even to be part of her wedding party. I spent a week sleeping on her couch with her adorable cats and hanging out with her friends in BC. KrisMary and I actually have a couple of mutual friends, which I discovered from my best friend. She goes to the same college as some of my friends and it turns out, she had classes with two of them. We skype, text and play Words With Friends. She’s actually a huge reason why I want to move out to BC. (MOUNTAINS! #ilovemountains) Let’s also not forget about her hubby, Ian.

Cat and I have crossed paths a couple of times but never met! She used to own a store right by a record shop I used to frequent. She saw me walk past the store a couple of times and I saw her working too. We also both went to see The National a couple of years ago but I still didn’t see her. Hopefully I’ll meet her at Ryan Adams in December!
Kat and I have known each other for years but still haven’t met! She lives in the same town as someone I know. I’ve even worked with one of her friends! We used to talk on the phone a lot, but now we just text. I love her to pieces.
I wish I could meet all of you lovely people! If you’re ever in Toronto, let me know!
Feel free to ask me questions! I usually answer them privately, Anons are exceptions. ;)
KrisMary is a saint for putting up with my ridiculous comments on her Facebook statuses.
Friends, maybe it’s best if you avoid adding me on Facebook…
krismaryloves replied to your post: With all of the thousands of dollars I’m giving to my university, you’d think they could at least let me access my emails….
Have you tried turning it off and on again?! :P
KrisMary, I tried unplugging it and plugging it in again too. No luck.
Maybe it’s a sign I should move out to BC and go to Uni with you. ;)
I hear UFV is pretty good, plus you have MOUNTAINS.

You should steal the book. Does the library have sensors? If you’re going to break the sabbath, might as well hit two birds with one stone. ;) good thing you live so close to the school!Haha, I wish! When books are put on course reserves, it means the little librarians have them behind the counter… So I would have to become a ninja or create an elaborate diversion to successfully grab this book without their notice.
I believe in your ninja skills. It’s CBC, you wouldn’t have to have a too elaborate scheme. If I was with you, Ian and I could use Starbuck to distract the librarian with her cuteness. You could then snatch the book and such.
But then if I was in Abby, I wouldn’t allow you to do homework. Instead we would be having a cooking party and having some sort of nerd-fest. This may just happen in February 2012. ;)
